Cory Ditmar

As a high school student, Cory Ditmar played for football coaches that cultivated a winning culture by teaching kids to working hard and be physically and mentality tough. As a college student, he had the privilege of working for the University of South Carolina’s football team, coached by Steve Spurrier, a former Heisman trophy winner and NFL player, who also emphasized hard work to create a winning tradition. Years later, as a licensed Realtor®, Cory brings that solid work ethic and can-do attitude to the table for his clients.

For starters, he’s tenacious, meticulous, straightforward, and uber-organized. But what really sets Cory’s apart is his ability to listen to clients and understand what they truly want. By doing so, he helps clients find not just a house, but somewhere they’ll want to call home. He’s also learned what to look for in a property—both potential trouble spots and areas that are easily renovated—from working with his father, a licensed builder and Realtor®, who’s been renovating homes Cory’s entire life.

Cory’s clients also benefit from his mastery of technology with regard to real estate, which he uses for marketing purposes, as well as for understanding the market and keeping clients informed throughout the home buying and selling process. You’ll never be in the dark when you work with Cory—he’ll make sure you know what’s happening each step of the way.

Although he enjoyed living in the south, Cory’s recognized that for the long-term, Grand Rapids was the community he wanted to call home. He loves sharing everything West Michigan has to offer with his clients and helping call Grand Rapids home, too. In his downtime, Cory likes to play basketball and spend time with his family and friends up north.
