Lauren Faulkner, Operations Manager

Lauren Faulkner is Brad Ditmar’s daughter, born and raised in West Michigan. She has her teaching degree, as well as a master’s degree, both of which she enjoyed using in the classroom after college. She’s currently on hiatus from teaching, as she’s married to a U.S. Marine, who’s stationed in North Carolina.

As the Operations Manager, Lauren puts her strengths to work for clients. She’s perseverant, detail-oriented, hardworking, kind, uber-organized and incredibly responsive. Lauren’s responsible for managing a variety of internal processes, including the team database, social media posts, handling scheduling and showing requests, and more.

She also plays an integral role in managing and cultivating client relationships. An excellent communicator, Lauren loves supporting both the team and clients, helping everyone stay informed and on track.

Like the entire Brad Ditmar Team, Lauren values honesty, loyalty, and dedication to clients. She’s as excited to meet new clients as she is to connect with old ones and is passionate about the relationship side of her work. Seeing clients’ joy and excitement when they find a home that’s the right fit for them makes all her hard work worth it.

When Lauren’s not working, she loves being active, going to the beach, volunteering in her community, and spending time with friends and family, especially her husband and their dog, Hank. One of her favorite escapes is relaxing in Northern Michigan.
